1. Truck & Travel Fee
This fee covers:

• The moving truck
• Drive time and fuel
• Travel from our office to your pickup location
• Return travel from the final drop-off back to our office

It also includes all professional moving equipment we bring with us and take back the same day, such as:

• Moving blankets and pads
• Tie-down straps
• Dollies and carts

No surprise equipment charges; everything needed for a safe move is included.
2. Hourly Rate
Our hourly labor rate includes a 3-hour minimum. If your move takes longer, we prorate the time in 15–30 minute increments, depending on your location.

• The clock starts when the VMI crew begins work at the pickup location
• The clock stops once the job is complete at the drop-off location, and paperwork is signed

You only pay for the time worked.
